Two bottling areas are designed for continuous flow of activities if you're on your own or with a group. Each stage can be done by assembly line fashion. or stop and go at your own pace.

A convenient counter is neatly located for labeling and shrink topping. At this stage you're out of the way to you're not pressured to hurry up if someone else is cooming in.

Through those doors is where all the wine goes through the various stages of fermentation and filtering.
